One thing we really admire about our couples is their ability to stay true to their own style and world view. Meredith and Tom's wedding day choices reflected their strong sense of who they are as a couple. One fabulous example of this was the vegan meal that they served to every guest! We absolutely love and admire this bold (and delicious) choice. They topped dinner off with vegan baklava cupcakes by Sweets Bakeshop and they were to die for!

A Green Wedding at Gibbs Museum: Meredith and Tom, Part One
Three things stuck out about Meredith and Tom's wedding day: they are head-over-heels for each other, they care deeply for their beloved dog Scout and they care just as much for the environment. It was very important for this couple to have a green wedding, and to create such a wedding successfully takes dedication and creativity. To accomplish this goal, Tom and Meredith rented beautiful plates from Revived Tableware, recycled every last wine and beer bottle from the evening, served a totally organic vegan meal, used reclaimed lumber for decorations and more. This masterful plan created a gorgeous, sophisticated and conscientious event! We can hardly wait to show you more photos from the day.
